- All meetings are held at the PAUSD offices, 25 Churchill Ave., unless otherwise noted.
- Executive board meetings are usually held on the 1st Wednesdays of the month; exec. board members should also attend general council meetings.
- Presidents. meetings are usually held on the 3rd Wednesdays of the month. Presidents should also attend general council meetings.
- General council meetings are held at least 5 times per year, and on the 4th Wednesdays of the month. The superintendent and principals are voting members of the council and are encouraged to attend.
- Palo Alto Board of Education (BOE) meetings are usually held the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month.
- SDC (staff development center) is the same as the BOE room.
