Although not a part of our mission, funding local school activities and equipment has become an important part of the PTAs contribution to the school community. Each school within our district has its own PTA budget and decides how to spend the money it raises. The PTA funds everything from field trips to computers. Teacher grants and classroom funds are an important element of our contributions so that the money has a direct and immediate effect.

If you’d like to donate, you can send a check to the PTA Council and specify whether you want it to go to a particular school and/or activity. You can also make a general donation to the Palo Alto PTA Council and we’ll make sure it is used to further our mission of building community and promoting the health and welfare of all children.
